Sector No. 1 "Zhurzhevo" (area - 873 h) is located in the outskirts of north-east ern part of Vitebsk. On the territory of sector No. 1 there is a functioning rail way line connecting it with railway station "Vitba". The sector is the site of first and fore-most development.

There is necessary infrastructure for arranging production

• electric distributive and transformer substation;
• water supply, sewerage system;
• railway line;
• asphalt transport roads and technological passages;
• line - cable communication structures.

Free objects:

		1. Building of hangar type with two two-storeyed brick constructions. Total area of the building - 448 m2, hangar area 2212 m2, truss height - 16,68 m. Multi-support suspended electric crane (cargo capacity - 7,5 tons) is installed in the hangar. There is an in-built transformer substation in the building. There is water supply and sewerage system. At a distance of 125 m. there are connection communications, connecting up is possible. Excellent access roads lead to the building. Around the building there is a land plot of 4 ha. In front of the building there is a ground of 1188*48 m. covered with ferro-conerete and road plates.
		2. One-storeyed building. Total area - 505 m2, ceiling height - 7 m. Around the building there is asphalt concrete ground - 3400 m2. Near the building there is a transformer substation. At a distance of 20 m. there is water-main, sewerage and communication cable line.
